Pricing questions
Can I use KloudLytics for free?
Yes. The Free plan is a plan, not a trial: one AWS account, one repository and five scans a month, with attack surface mapping and CIS AWS compliance. It needs no credit card and does not expire.
Do I need to install an agent?
No. KloudLytics is agentless. Nothing is deployed in your AWS account; scans run from outside through the AWS API.
What AWS permissions are required?
A read-only cross-account IAM role that you create, protected by a unique external ID. KloudLytics assumes it with temporary credentials and stores no AWS access keys.
Does KloudLytics modify my AWS environment?
No. Scanning is read-only. Remediation is guidance — console steps, AWS CLI and Terraform — that your team reviews and applies. KloudLytics does not make changes for you.
What happens when I reach my AWS account limit?
You upgrade to a plan with more accounts; there is no per-account add-on. If you later downgrade, anything beyond the smaller plan is locked rather than deleted, and unlocks again when you upgrade.
Can I have more than one organisation?
Yes, anyone can create organisations. Each has its own plan and is billed separately. Your Free allowance applies to the first Free organisation you own; others start without scanning capacity until they are upgraded.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time from inside the app. The new limits apply as soon as payment succeeds.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the organisation returns to Free.
