What this check finds

This domain will no longer be under your control once it expires and may be taken over by someone else.

Passing looks like: Domain set to auto-renew.

How to fix it

Enable auto-renew for the domain immediately.

AWS console

Route53 → Registered domains → select domain → Enable auto-renew. Also verify your contact email is current so renewal notices are received.
